The Fine Print

  • In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond anyone's control, Gathering Boards 30A will work with you to find the best possible solution. We understand that plans can change, and we always do our best to work with you.

  • Yes. If you notify Gathering Boards 30A at least 14 days in advance, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future event, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 10% of the total invoice applies to cover administrative costs and adjustments to our calendar.

  • Gathering Boards 30A offers charcuterie delivery along 30A and across the surrounding Panhandle. Based in Inlet Beach, we deliver custom, fresh-to-order charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and event catering to vacation rentals, private homes, and venues.

  • Yes. Every Gathering Boards 30A order is custom curated and prepared in advance, so a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. If you cancel 14 or more days out, the deposit is retained and any final payment already made is refunded. Within 14 days of your event, the full balance is non-refundable, as ingredients, staffing, and scheduling have already been secured.
